From what I understand this is a common occurance with this brand/model. Contacting the company to see what can be used to remedy this situation. From what I understand whatever happens, the data is lost forever. What a bummer. WASTE OF MONEY!!!   September 7, 2010 floridatwigs I bought this in January 2010. In April completely stopped working and had to send to factory to fix. Needless to say, everything that was on it is lost forever! After 3 weeks finally rec'd it back. I saved what I wanted to save. It's still on the hard drive.
