Kher I am a regular shopper on Amazon and am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I live in London and wanted a reliable travel adapter. I ordered the item which was promptly delivered by the reseller. However, the very first time I used the product, it broke and was irrepaiarable. The UK plug wouldnt comot out from the assembly and when it finally did, the product broke into pieces. Strongly suggest staying away from it Product Quality   July 25, 2010 Mr. T. S. Mudhar (UK) This is a good product which is solid and compact. What it lacks is an indication (an LED type) to indicate USB device connectivity. Other similar plugs (SmartPlus) do support such a facility but their quality and durability in comparison is not the same. Does not work for all continental European plugs   July 23, 2010 Art This adaptor doesn't work for continental European plugs from e.g. Germany. The holes in the receiving side of the adaptor are simply too small for the pins. They should pull the plug on this product. It works well if treated with care   July 19, 2010 Ashley This does everything they say it does. Easy to use and compact when not in use. The pins on the detachable parts may be vunerable to damage if not treated carefully but treat it as a precision item and there should not be a problem.
